My passion was developing and delivering products that met and exceeded Customer needs as well as company financial requirements. I lead a global product, marketing and strategic planning group that developed long term product line plans using market, customer and competitor research. During my career John Deere’s global Forest Harvesting equipment line grew from one product line with two models to 9 distinct product lines with over 40 models that continues to lead this industry today. My fact-based approach can help SCORE clients develop their business ideas into successful businesses…from concise business plans with proforma financials that include the documents required by lenders (3 year projected income statements, start-up costs, cash flow and balance sheet). My marketing experience can help with competitor assessments and marketing plans. I have also helped a number of Non-Profits develop or update their strategic plans.
