Admission requirements at the Tennessee School of Beauty for both these courses are: Free of contagious disease, high school graduation diploma or GED certificate and must be 16 years of age or older.

Manicure/Pedicure

To qualify for a manicure/pedicure license under Tennessee Cosmetology Law, a student is required to satisfactorily complete 600 clock hours of training. To accomplish this in the shortest possible time frame, Tennessee School of Beauty has classes Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Those who attend full time can qualify for State Examination and Professional License in 16 weeks. The training program includes all basics, Advanced Manicuring and Pedicuring for women or men and all phases of Sculptured Nails.

Tuition is $1,995 plus $250 for personal equipment and supplies. There are other costs and these are listed on the Cosmetology handout.

A budget plan is available: $845 on the first day of class and a payment of $100 each succeeding week until the balance is zero.. A one time service charge of $70 is included in the amount due. Federal

Financial Aid is not available for this course due to the short time frame for completion. Student loans are available. Visit www.salliemae/careerloans to download the loan application.

Esthetics

To qualify for an esthetics license under Tennessee Cosmetology Law, a student is required to satisfactorily complete 750 clock hours of training. To accomplish this in the shortest possible time frame, Tennessee School of Beauty has classes Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Student can complete the entire program in as little as 20 weeks.

The cost of tuition is $3,995, plus an additional $345 for your personal equipment.

A budget plan is available: $2,340 on the first day of class and a payment of $225 on the first day of each succeeding month until the balance is zero. A one time finance charge of $100 is included in the amount due.
